1. How much is delivery?
We are delighted to be able to offer some unique delivery fees, on all direct orders, regardless of the destination. However, due to the fact that the delivery fee depends on the package`s weight, the shipping fees are the following:
- – For one book, with delivery in Romania, the shipping fee is €10;
- – For two to four books, with delivery in Romania, the shipping fee is €15;
- – For one book, with delivery worldwide, the shipping fee is €19 ;
- – For two to four books, with delivery worldwide, the shipping fee is €25;
- – For more than five books, please contact us so we can make you a personalized offer.
2. When will my order arrive?
Unfortunately, the majority of deliveries are handled by domestic postal services, and we cannot offer a specific date for when you receive your order.
3. Are items dispatched together or in separate packages?
We find it more efficient to dispatch items at the same time. However, if the order contains, for example, a book that is already published and a book that is in pre-sale, then they will be delivered separately.
4. Can you provide tracking numbers for the packages?
Of course! All the items are high-value books, so we feel it`s important to have access to your item’s current delivery status.
5. When and how will I receive the tracking number for my package?
When placing your order, you will have to provide us with your email address. So we will inform you about your tracking number via email.
6. Where can I check the current delivery status for my package?
You may introduce the tracking number you received via email here: https://www.17track.net/ro.
7. Can I cancel and return my order?
Yes, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving it by sending us an email at fresh@thejuicebar.eu . Once you’ve cancelled the order, you must send the parcel back to us within 14 days. Once we receive it, you’ll be refunded the price of the item(s) within 14 days. Please keep in mind you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty. It is also your responsibility to ensure safe return of the item(s) to us. If you return a high-value item, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. When we refund you, we will use the same payment method as when you purchased the item(s).
8. The price of my pre-ordered book has dropped, can I receive a refund for the difference?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer retrospective refunds once an order has been placed and the sale price between us and the customer has been agreed upon. However, pre-orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been dispatched.
9. Which payment options are available to me?
We accept payments made through PayPal, Netopia, or bank transfer directly to our account.
10. Can I place my order over the telephone?
No, we can only process orders placed through our website. This policy ensures a quick and smooth process as well as making sure your details are kept secure once you have placed the order.
11. Should I provide my phone number when placing an order?
A valid contact telephone number is required if we upgrade the delivery of your items to a courier service. This is typically for orders of a high value. The upgrade is free of charge, and the phone number will not be used for any other purpose other than to be passed on to the delivery driver.
How can I contact you?
The best way to contact us is by email at fresh@thejuicebar.eu. We are always keen to hear from you and help with any queries or problems. We hope to be able to answer all queries within 24 hours. We are also very happy to receive your feedback and suggestions so do email us any time you want. All emails are personally read and replied to.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept payments made with PayPal, Netopia and wire transfer directly into our bank account.
Once you have entered your details online through our secure server, you have the option to store the card for use in the future, subsequent orders can be placed simply by logging into your account using your email address and password and selecting a credit card option from the list of those previously used – you would still have to enter the card’s CVV number at this point.
We accept payments in Argentine Peso, Australian Dollar, Brazilian Real, Bulgarian Lev, Canadian Dollar, Chilean Peso, Colombian Peso, Czech Koruna, Danish Krone, Euro, Hong Kong Dollar, Hungarian Forint, Indian Rupee, Indonesian Rupiah, Israeli Shekel, Japanese Yen, Malaysian Ringgit, Mexican Peso, New Taiwan Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Norwegian Krona, Peruvian Nuevo Sol, Philippine Peso, Polish Zloty, Pound Sterling, Qatari Rial, Romanian Leu, Saudi Arabian Riyal, Singapore Dollar, South African Rand, South Korean Won, Swedish Krona, Swiss Franc, Thai Baht, Turkish Lira, United Arab Emirates Dirham, Uruguay Peso, and US Dollar – there is a select currency dropdown menu at the top right of the homepage to change the currency display into the one most appropriate for you. We charge in the currency selected.
Pre-orders
1. What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an item/book which has not been released by the publisher yet. We announce the publishing date on our website and Social Media channels. Your order will be shipped just before or on the release date.
2. Do you charge for pre-orders up front?
Yes, we currently charge for pre-orders in advance. However, we try to offer some great discounts for these items which are in pre-sale.
3. How do I change the delivery address for a pre-order?
If your item hasn’t been shipped already, just drop us a line here and request the change along with providing the new delivery address. Please note that we are unable to amend delivery addresses from one EU country to another EU country for tax reasons.
4. Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, you may cancel your pre-order, as long as the item(s) you ordered hasn’t been shipped already. Please send us an email through our web form here.
5. The item I pre-ordered has been released but not shipped yet. What do I do?
We aim to provide as much up-to-date information as possible on our website and Social Media channels. However, there may be a rare occasion when the release date has been changed by the publisher at the last minute. Don’t panic! Just drop us a line or two here and we’ll offer you all the information available to us.
6. An item I want hasn’t been released yet but the website states Item Unavailable. What does this mean?
We currently list an item as unavailable as soon as we are out of stock for that particular item and so we are unable to accept any further pre-orders. However, the item may be available for pre-ordering again at some point before the release date.
