1. How much is delivery?

We are delighted to be able to offer some unique delivery fees, on all direct orders, regardless of the destination. However, due to the fact that the delivery fee depends on the package`s weight, the shipping fees are the following:

  • -For one book, ordered in Romania, the shipping fee is 10 €;
  • -Bethween tow and four books, ordered in Romania, the shipping fee is 15 €;
  • -For one book, ordered worldwide, the shipping fee is 19 €;
  • -Bethween tow and four books, ordered worldwide, the shipping fee is 25 €;
  • -For more than five books, please contact us so we can make you a personalized offer.

2. Can you offer a specific day for when delivery will be made?

Sadly not, the majority of deliveries are handled by domestic postal services, and we cannot offer a definitive time or date for when deliveries will be made.

3. Are items dispatched together, or in separate packages?

We find it more efficient to dispatch items at th same time. However, if the order contains, for exemple, o book that is published and a book that is in pre-sale, they will be delivered separately.

4. Can you provide tracking numbers for packages?

Of course! All the items are high value books, so we feel that it`s important that you have access anytime you want regarding the packege`s current status.

5. When and how will I recive the tracking number for my package?

When you place your order, one of the contactat information that you will give us is your email. On that given email, we will inform you about your tracking number.

6. Were can I check the tracking number for my package?

The tracking number can be check at https://www.17track.net/ro, by introduceing the number from your email.

7. Can I cancel and return my order?

Sure, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it by sending us an email at fresh@thejuicebar.eu . Once you’ve cancelled the order, you must send the parcel back to us within 14 days. Once we get it, you’ll be refunded the price of the item(s) within 14 days. You’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty.
It is your responsibility to ensure safe return of the item(s) to us. If you return a high-value item, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. We’ll refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase.

8. The price of my pre-ordered book has dropped, can I receive a refund for the difference?

Sadly we are unable to offer retrospective refunds once an order has been placed and the sale price agreed between ourselves and the customer. However, pre-orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been dispatched to customers.

9. Which payment options are available to me?

We accept payments made through PayPal, Netopia, or bank tranfer directly to our account.

10. Can I place my order across the telephone?

We can only process orders placed through the website. This policy ensures that we can accept your orders quickly and that your details are kept secure throughout the ordering process.

11. Telephone Number

A valid daytime contact telephone number is required if we upgrade the delivery of your items to a courier service. This is typically for orders of a high value. The upgrade is free of charge, and the telephone number will not be used for any other purpose other than to be given to the delivery driver.

The best way to contact us is by email at fresh@thejuicebar.eu. We are always keen to hear from you and help with any queries or problems. We endeavour to answer all queries within 24 hours.
We are also very happy to receive your feedback and suggestions. All emails are personally read and replied. Please send your emails any time you want.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept payments made with PayPal, Netopia and wire transfer directly into our bank account.
Once you have entered your details online through our secure server, you have the option to store the card for use in the future, subsequent orders can be placed simply by logging into your account using your email address and password and selecting a credit card option from the list of those previously used – you would still have to enter the card’s CVV number at this point.
We accept payments in Argentine Peso, Australian Dollar, Brazilian Real, Bulgarian Lev, Canadian Dollar, Chilean Peso, Colombian Peso, Czech Koruna, Danish Krone, Euro, Hong Kong Dollar, Hungarian Forint, Indian Rupee, Indonesian Rupiah, Israeli Shekel, Japanese Yen, Malaysian Ringgit, Mexican Peso, New Taiwan Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Norwegian Krona, Peruvian Nuevo Sol, Philippine Peso, Polish Zloty, Pound Sterling, Qatari Rial, Romanian Leu, Saudi Arabian Riyal, Singapore Dollar, South African Rand, South Korean Won, Swedish Krona, Swiss Franc, Thai Baht, Turkish Lira, United Arab Emirates Dirham, Uruguay Peso, and US Dollar – there is a select currency dropdown menu at the top right of the homepage to change the currency display into the one most appropriate for you. We charge in the currency selected.

Pre-orders

1. What is a Pre-order?

A pre-order is a title which hasn’t yet been released by the Publisher. We state the publishing date on our webpage. Your order will be shipped just before or on the release date stated.

2. Do you charge for Pre-orders up front?

We offer many pre-order titles on the site and try to price these with a good up front discount. We currently charge for pre-orders in advance, often we source difficult to find titles so this process is helped along the way by knowing there is a firm order.

3. How do I change the delivery address for a Pre-Order?

Providing the Pre-order hasn’t already shipped, just drop us a line here and request the change along with the new delivery address. Please note that we are unable to amend delivery addresses from one EU country to another EU country for tax reasons.

4. Can I cancel a Pre-order?

We can cancel Pre-orders providing they haven’t already shipped. Please drop us an email through our web form here.

5. It’s now the release date but my order hasn’t been sent? What do I do?

We aim to display as much up-to-date information as possible on our website. However, there may be a rare occasion where the release date has been changed by the publisher at the last minute. Don’t panic! Just drop us a line or two here and we’ll get as much information as we can for you.

6. It hasn’t been released yet but the website states Item Unavailable. What does this mean?

We currently list the item as unavailable as we have fulfilled all of our pre-order stock levels and are unable to accept any further orders. However, the item may be available for pre-ordering again at some point before the release date.
